Constance joined Hertz Farm Management in July 2024 as an administrative professional in the Nevada, IA office. In this role, Constance assists our appraisal department.

Constance grew up in Southern Nevada and moved to Iowa 2 years ago.

Constance voluntaries as the treasurer for the Maxwell Library, coaches youth soccer, and is part of the calendar committee at Collins-Maxwell Elementary School. In her free time you can find her being outdoors and riding horses with her children.
