Terry joined Hertz Farm Management as a licensed real estate salesperson in our Mankato, MN office.

Prior to joining Hertz, Terry worked with Upper Midwest Management Corporation (UMMC). Terry lives near and farms with his family near Hutchinson Minnesota. 

David joined Hertz Farm Management in April 2021 as a professional farm manager and licensed real estate salesperson in the Norfolk, NE office.

Growing up in Colorado on a 5,000-acre wheat and millet operation, David comes from a diverse background in agriculture. With over 5 years of experience in agricultural production and management, David has had extensive involvement in helping landowners and operators make pivotal decisions on their farms, including recommendations for grain sales, capital improvements and farm expansion. In addition, he also has experience working with agricultural and oil industry contracts involving custom farming agreements, oil drilling operations, pipeline easements, and land purchase options.

With a deep passion for agriculture, David continues to look for new ways to expand both his knowledge and experience to better serve his clients. In December 2023, David received his Farm Succession Coordinator Designation with the International Farm Transition Network. Additionally, David is a licensed drone pilot and an auctioneer.

In his free time, David enjoys hunting, fishing and playing guitar.

Steve joined Hertz Farm Management in April 2021 as a farm manager and licensed real estate salesperson in the Mankato, MN office. He graduated from the University of Minnesota with a bachelor's degree in Agronomy. He brings 20 years of previous farm management experience in Southwest Minnesota to Hertz as well as experience in crop consulting, land conservation, and wildlife habitat improvement. 

Steve grew up farming with his family and uncles in both the Bricelyn and Mankato, areas. He enjoys working with people as "life is about relationships." He appreciates connecting with clients and tenants working together to maximize farm return in conjunction with conserving the land for future generations. 

Steve and his wife Sarah have three children. In his free time, Steve enjoys hunting, camping, hiking, canoe trips to Minnesota's Boundary Waters, Gopher football, and spending time with his family. 

Dakota was raised on a family grain and commercial cattle farm in East Central Illinois. She attended Joliet Junior College and Illinois State University, receiving her Bachelor's degree in Agriculture Business. 

Dakota resides on her farm outside of Clifton with her Corgis, Winston and Nigel.

Darrell joined Hertz Farm Management in May 2021 as a licensed real estate agent in our Mankato, MN office. 

Prior to joining Hertz, Darrell started selling real estate in 1981 to supplement his income as a farmer. His 40+ years of farming experience has been a great asset to him as a real estate agent working with agricultural land. Darrell is a member of the National Realtors Land Institute, Minnesota Realtors Land Institute, National Association of Realtors, Minnesota Association of Realtors, and Realtors Association of Southern Minnesota. 

Andrea joined Hertz Farm Management in May 2021 as an administrative professional in our Mankato, MN office. 

Prior to joining Hertz, Andrea was an administrative professional with Wingert Realty for over a year. With Wingert, Andrea has been responsible for brochure creation, promotional advertisements, and managing web content on the Wingert website along with many other responsibilities.   

Sara joined Hertz Farm Management in May 2021 as a real estate administrative professional in our Mankato, MN office, where her responsibilities are best described as everything from the purchase agreement to the final closing along with some promotional advertising. 

Prior to joining Hertz, Sara worked at Wingert Realty & Land Services, Inc since 2012 as the real estate transaction coordinator.

Jerry joined Hertz Farm Management in May of 2021 as a licensed real estate salesperson in our Mankato, MN office.

Jerry is active in the Greater Mankato Growth GreenSeam agribusiness development committee. He is also a member of National Realtors Land Institute, Minnesota Realtors Land Institute, National Association of Realtors, Minnesota Association of Realtors, and Realtors Association of Southern Minnesota. Jerry has been in the ag lending area for the majority of his career.
