Hertz Farm Management Names Chad Hertz CEO

November 8, 2024 (Nevada, IA) – Chad Hertz, AFM, has been appointed as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Hertz Farm Management, Inc.
As a third-generation owner, Chad brings a wealth of experience to the role. He has served as a professional farm manager and licensed real estate agent, offering expert advice in ag technology and precision agriculture. His leadership in technology implementation and change management has been instrumental in advancing the company’s operations. Additionally, Chad plays a key role in advising the company’s conservation and stewardship team and leading environmental asset management initiatives.
As a farmland owner advocate he has served on various working groups such as The Nature Conservancy’s 4R plus Non-Operating Landowner group, and the Farmland Capital Alliance Ecosystems group. He has also addressed various Ag Technology organizations on behalf of landowner perspectives.
